Dr. Chera was born in Chandigarh, India and moved to Mississauga as a young child. A child of the east and raised in the west, Dr. Chera has a deep understanding of the unique health challenges that immigrant families face, particularly in South East Asian communities.
Dr. Chera’s approach is mindful and holistic. Ailments require more than medications to go away. An understanding of your work, lifestyle, eating habits and physical activity are key to a long and healthy life. Quality healthcare is self-care.
